Despair of Lovers

I was very eager to sit down and watch the evening news yesterday. Little did I know, I would hear such a horrible story about a beautiful young lady being murdered by her common-law. twenty-one year old Christy was brutally stabbed to death by her boyfriend in their yard, where all the neighbors could see. She was so young. Most people who commit murder use a gun to quickly execute the job... But it has been said that those who use knives or blades to kill do so with the intent to see their victim sffer. But this couple had a child together and semed happy in their photos. The news also stated that he had drenched the house in gasoline, showing that he would have torched it if he had not been successful with the knife. Maybe it was because of an affair but who really knows what was going on in his mind or in their relationship.

How could he kill someone he claims to love? Why was it done in such a brutal manner? What will happen to their child? These are thequestions that flowed through my mind as I watch this news segment. I hope justice is served. Christy seemed happy, but his actions showed otherwise. It just goes to show that things and people aren't always what they appear to be. I'm sure most of you readers can relate... I surely can! What are you views on this post?

  1. Gyal well dis is not the first time someone dies from a domestic violence case. I had a very close friend who lost her mom in a similar manner and it was a shock to everyone especially me as I was always around them and nothing seemed abnormal. That's the case with domestic violence tho, the victim rarely tells anyone because they are fearful that the abuser might kill them if they say anything. Therefore, many don't speak up and just suffer, fortunately, not all end with the death of the individual. People need to realize that love is not hurtful, anyone who abuses you, clearly doesn't love you. My advice to you people out there, if he/she hits you once and you do nothing about it and just forgive them, you best believe they will do it again so get out of it as soon as possible before it's too late.
