Facebooking

At first, I only created a facebook profile because i wanted to see what all the excitement was about. But eventually, I got into the whole chatting thing and all that. I have 105 friends on facebook but I visited a friend's profile and she had over 1000 friends! Does she even know some of these people? I think not. I like the fact that you can keep up-to-date and in tune with friends in America and other foreign countries, but when I tried to view her profile, it said that only she had access to see anything on it. So i sent her a text message from my cell phone and blew a gasket. What's the point if only you can view it? My whole point is that many tend to get lost in all the excitement, that they post all kinds of nonsense. Then they get nmad at the world when they're business get turned into nasty rumors. YOU control your social networking life. YOU have the choice of whether or not to post certain things. THINK before YOU post anything and NEVER regret what comes after because in those seconds prior to posting, YOU had the power to not do it.



What are your opinions on facebooking, or should i say social networking on a whole? Do you agree with my standpoint? Do you disagree? Do you agree to disagree? lol.

    But yea da true... if you nuh want people know certain stuff why post about it?? And if you do post about it and you hear it around don't get mad, because you caused that on yourself...
    This social networking site is so addicting. I wonder if i create one as upgrade as this is i will make easy millions too :)

    Gyal well da true, I agree with you... You know I always have to put in my 2 cents lol... Facebook is very convenient for me because I get to keep in touch with family and friends both near and far... Half of my family is in the US and of course I would want to stay in touch... That's what I like about it... What I hate is the fact that people upload a whole bunch of stuff about their personal lives and when others comment they get angry... What is the point of you posting it if you don't want others to view it? and in the case of you friend, what is the point of her even posting anything any at all if only she can see it? Best she deactive ih account... Newayz, mek ah dun ya lol
