Many say that they would like to have a partner who share the same hobbies that they have, like the same foods, TV shows, drinks, etc. At the same time, there are some who want the complete opposite of what they represent. Personally, I'd like a partner who doesn't like the same things I like, doesn't like the same foods i like, doesn't watch teh same TV shows I watch, and so on; I think you guys get the point. I just think that if both individuals are interested in the exact sam things, the relationship would be pointless and extremely boring. After all, I already have to deal with myself on a daily basis for the rest of my life. I dont think I could handle two of me!! Nothing's wrong with having some things in common but differences in opinons and behaviors are what makes experiences interesting and exciting. Sharing different characteristics allow both partners to experience a new angle. For example, I like lasagna but hate steamed veggies... Maybe, with someone who like veg, i can learn to love both lasagna and veg, thus adding to the variety of food i can now choose from. :) That way, we both learn new things, explore situations from different angles, get in touch with sides of ourselves that we never knew existed, and lots of other amazing things!! It's always better to mix it up a bit! When life gives you green mangoes, it would be pointless to mix salt with salt; try to add some malher or black pepper to improve the sauce!!!
